Refund policy

RETURNS:

We are happy to provide a full refund for items that meet the below conditions: 
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  • Return must include packing slip and return authorization form

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Please e-mail shop@summerstewart.com with your invoice number and reason for return
  • We will email you within the next business day with your return authorization form
  • Place the authorization form inside package with the returned items
  • Upon receipt we will review your return. If return is in compliance with our above conditions we will complete your refund and send a confirmation e-mail

WHEN WILL I GET MY RETURN?
Once you receive our confirmation e-mail please allow 7-14 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE? 

Any returns received after 15 days from original receipt date are ineligible for return and will be returned to sender
